How do I register for the course?

You can register by either downloading the PDF file via the index registration page and fax it to is, or registering via the online form. Because of limited seating we only accept advanced registrations (no on-site registrations).

A confirmation with location map and venue is issued to you through email or fax within 36-hours of you registering.

Do I need to call in advance to confirm availability?

There is no need to call to confirm availability. If you have urgent questions, please contact our e-support on asnareg@gmail.com

A response to a phone inquiry may be delayed if our event staff or faculty are on travels, or attending other programs.
The quickest response on availability is to register for the course; a confirmation is issued by email within 36 hours.

Who can attend the courses?

The seminars are open to physicians with a valid license to practice medicine, within all fields of specialties. There is no requirement that doctors must specialize in cosmetic procedures. Nurses and practice managers who work at the same clinical location as their supervising physician can attend along with him/her. We do not accept registrations from RN's and supporting staff unless the supervising physician is being certified at the same time.

If you are a surgeon: Dr Barry Lycka's course presentations on the ASAL Lipodissolve, include a special segment for plastic surgeons which are not included in other course programs.

Please note: Medical Board regulations stipulate that RN's must work under the direct supervision of an MD and cannot replace a physicians role in a clinical setting. We do not accept applications from supporting medical staff that are not on the same location as the supervising physician. Please make sure that your registration details are accurate.

What is the cost for membership?

Membership is free and included in the course fee for one year. After one year it can be renewed for a minor fee.

If the physician takes a refresher course, the membership will automatically be updated without any fees payable.
Membership enables you to access the members only website and database, purhase proprietary medicines from our preferred compounding pharmacy, and keep in continued contact with our speakers or administration, should you need additional advice. It will also give you access to protocols and updates, plus permit you to use our tradename (ASAL Lipodissolve), photographs and materials in your advertising and marketing efforts.

How can I become a member?

Membership is only offered by taking the introductory course and is included in the course fee.

Does the treatment require the purchase of medical equipment, such as MesoSculpt?

LIPODISSOLVE does not require the use of medical equipment although some aftercare has positive effects on the treatment results. ASNA is waiting for FDA clearance on new medical equipment that is expected to give greater cosmetic results with the ASAL Lipodissolve without the need to invest in expensive equipment. We do not encourage equipment (ex MesoSculpt) that has been advertised for Lipodissolve use, simply because the manufacturer has not proven actual benefit and cost effectiveness.

Many non-surgical equipment on the U.S. are too expensive to be a necessary adjunct treatment. Some do offer additional cosmetic benefits with the treatment, but the high purchase price make it an unecessary accessory for clinics using Lipodissolve.

How does this course compare to other courses?

First and foremost, the Lipodissolve information you receive is authentic and accurate.

Unauthorized courses on Lipodissolve does not teach actual Lipodissolve but imitation procedures that lack consistent and standardized protocols or annual data. Often they will try and lean on research studies published by our faculty, while the advice they provide is inaccurate. Many of these courses actually teach mesotherapy, where PPC has suddenly been added to the treatment. Due to growing popularity of Lipodissolve, imitation procedures that lend the Lipodissolve name are growing.
Imitation procedures is a misrepresentation of Lipodissolve to the public and a misue of our business name.

ASNA holds the only authentic courses on ASAL LIPODISSOLVE in the country.

Where can the medications be purchased?

The pharmaceuticals used in LIPODISSOLVE can be purchased through licensed and government regulated US-pharmacies. All medications used in the ASAL Lipodissolve are prescription based.
US-pharmacies will only sell medications within the United States. Please note that we do not recommend importing or exporting medications.
