New ASAL4700 ultrasound in combination with Lipodissolve to offer optimal treatment results

New York (September 2006) -- The increasing popularity of Lipodissolve is pressing efforts to enhance cosmetic results without necessarily adding stronger or more toxic agents to the treatment process.

Dr Barry Lycka, one of North America's most prominent cosmetic surgeons say, "I have used ultrasound with Lipodissolve and noted a considerable improvement in results."

The trick with ultrasound is the variety of modalities availble, "We are well aware of existing protocols with ultrasound to aid in lipolysis, including those that have recently been tried and provided as aftercare with Lipodissolve. However at ASAL we are interested to develop an aftercare unit that is cost effective yet offer maximal results with the Lipodissolve treatment. Many aftercare units are very expensive and require substantial investments which can be financially straining for small clinics."

The Lipodissolve procedure itself is very cost-effective with low overhead costs. ASAL is making efforts to find the most cost-effective options for aftercare procedures in addition to the treatment by investigating a new ultrasound, the ASAL7400. "The purpose is to find whether new protocols can improve results even further. Sometimes even minor changes in the treatment regime can give considerable improvments and this is an unexplored area and of great interest to us," an ASAL spokesperson says.

"Lipodissolve is a very promising procedure that currently is only in infant stages. Our website alone receives over half a million hits a month showing there is a greater interest out there than there is availablity of Lipodissolve. It's a pity some clinics don't do better search for authentic training on the procedure and shop for third-hand sources where information is inaccurate. There is no guessing where this procedure will be ten years from now but from the growing popularity and interest, Lipodissolve has been estimated to be a potential $ 1 billion a year industry. The prospect is amazing and fully real. There are many new plans and efforts being made to develop Lipodissolve that are not yet public ".

Dr Lycka add, "With ultrasound we believe the dispersion of the medications are greater. In my patients I have noted a clear improvement of results, not to mention an almost instant reduction in discomforts. It is all exciting new methods that could prove invaluable in future non-surgical methods for liposculpture efforts."
