Lipodissolve presentation in London, UK
Members give a 99% satisfaction vote for ASAL courses
BARCELONA, SPAIN (December 2005) Everyone enjoy to make others happy and content. At ASAL we certainly reached the maximum level imaginable from our members in their feedback report on our courses. An astonishing 99% satisfaction level was reported from attendees to our workshops in 2005.
Says Erin Freeman with ASAL administrative staff, "Although it is wonderful to know that our doctors have expressed such high satisfaction level with our courses, we still keep attention to what has created the 1% dent in their comments." The main comment was the lack of assistance with accommodation and travel needs since ASAL does not arrange any of these for course attendees.
The highest satisfaction level was given at the ASAL courses for the level of medical knowledge and research details on Lipodissolve. ASAL executives said, "We tend to feel that our attendees are like family, and it is quite essential to us that they leave fully understanding what they have been taught, or are satisfied with the information handed to them. If anyone has doubts or questions we will stay beyond the scheduled time or meet up after the course to discuss it over evening snacks. We dont leave until they feel ready to leave the course."
Stephen Hagen, pharmacy representative for NECC says, "We keep in contact with clients after courses they attend. Although we have clients from many cosmetic courses in the country, we have noticed that the response from the ASAL courses are particularly positive both after the course and even months later after Lipodissolve use. Occasional doubters to the therapy usually come around with positive feedback a few months down the line!".
Says Dr Hasengschwantner, ASAL's course faculty in 2004-2005: "I always enjoyed to give presentations at the ASAL courses more than anywhere else. There is a positive atmosphere gradually building up in the ASAL courses that is contageous. It make us all remember our colleagues long after they have completed the courses."
In Japan where ASAL held a Lipodissolve course sponsored by APACS at the Annual Plastic Surgery Congress in Tokyo, the physicians attending the course were so pleased with the workshop that it extended two hours above time. Everyone enjoyed the interaction and did not wish to leave. "Maybe we are not perfect, maybe we did not have everything in place at the exact minute at such a busy program, but we do carry great respect for our attendees and their opinion is important to us." To make up for alterations in the schedule caused by clashing programs at the Congress ASAL distributed marketing CD's at the total cost of $4000, free of charge, to attendees.
ASAL distributes donations to charitable organizations from proceeds of every course that is held. In 2005 ASAL provide aid to hundreds of Tsunami victims via quick assistance to private organizations that were onsite to address the most dire needs to the victims. Housing, food and medical aid was given through the funding.
